I searched far and wide for an easy way to upload 3d pictures, and view them using the 3DS web browser. I finally gave up, and used part of the storage on my free web hosting site.
The site I use is http://www.freehostingcloud.com It might not be the best, but I got a fast response to my application, they make it easy to upload files (especially .mpo files for 3d pictures), and I can link directly to the picture files from another site.
I won't go into a full guide for creating an account with them, or how to upload files (not yet, anyway). Once you get to the area where you can edit and upload files, look for a folder called "html", if it's not there create it. Inside that folder, do the same for a folder called "images". You can upload your .mpo files in the images folder, and link to them with .../images/filename.mpo
You may want to add a file in the html folder called index.html. You can leave that blank if you want, or create a homepage for yourself. If you're going to be posting images in a blog, the easiest thing to do would be look for a premade web page that shows feeds, and link it to your blog, so the website updates with your blog.
